Lucky me

Whew! Snagged one. I thought I might miss out, but I got my own copy of New England White. One can never know when there might be a run on a book. I'm looking forward to reading it, but I don't know when I'll have time. When I do, I'll be ready.

It was a good warm-up run for the release of the new and final Harry Potter book. Only 13 more days! I'm living on the edge--I haven't pre-ordered. That's as close to the edge as I get these days.

Carter was my contracts prof., and he was prettttty tough. At least on me. Of course, I broke some of his rules, which didn't go over well. He was a great prof., though.

Kewl. I'm not surprised that he'd be tough, but do tell: what rules did you break?

I bought this book immediately (after reading The Emporer of Ocean Park, which I thought was excellent). I am about forty pages away from finishing it. Have you begun reading it yet?

I was wondering if Osler had Carter as a prof and now I know - how interesting. Now I want to know more about Carter as a law prof!
